Return and Exchange Policy
In the case of dissatisfaction with the product or if the product is defective, the customer is entitled to return or exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
It is required that the product, at the time of return or exchange, is in its original packaging and in its original condition, with price tags and information intact. All accessories or attachments must be included, and the product should be packaged in a way that ensures its safety during the return.
The customer will not incur any shipping fees when returning the product due to a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping.
If there is no defect in the product, and the customer wishes to exchange or return it, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been shipped, please contact customer service at (00966533319169). We will notify the shipping company to return the shipment, and the shipping charges will be deducted when the refund is processed.
Upon receiving the returned product, it will be inspected by our specialized technicians to ensure its condition. A replacement product will be shipped or a refund issued within 14 business days. If it is determined that the product is damaged due to misuse or does not have a manufacturing defect, the product will be returned to the customer, with the shipping cost borne by the customer.
If a replacement product is not available, the customer will be refunded the product amount according to the return and exchange policy.
If the product is out of stock after the order has been processed, the store reserves the right to either not ship the entire order and refund the customer or to ship the order in parts after contacting the customer.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days in the case of order cancellation, return, or exchange, and the shipping cost to and from the store will be deducted from the refund.
Transfer fees (if any) will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
Products will not be accepted for return or exchange in the following cases:
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt.
If the product has been altered from its original condition for any reason.
If the product has been used beyond the purpose of testing.
