Shipping Policy Within the Kingdom
– Shipping within Jeddah City: Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.
– Shipping within the Kingdom and Outside Jeddah City: Shipping takes 5 to 7 business days.
Orders:
Orders are delivered daily, excluding official public holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Orders placed outside of the company’s official working hours, or after 11:00 PM, will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed during public holidays will be processed on the first business day after the holiday.
Please ensure that all required information is provided accurately to avoid any delays in the delivery of your order.
If an order is returned by the carrier due to customer negligence, failure to respond to the delivery company on the confirmed delivery date, or if the customer is not present at the provided address to receive the order, and the shipment is returned by the carrier, please be aware that the shipping charges will be deducted from the customer.
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a text message with a tracking number. You can then use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. For any further inquiries, kindly contact us via email at [email protected].
Our customer service team is happy to assist you with changing the delivery date or address upon your request. However, once you receive an email indicating that your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the address.
Note:
Delivery companies are not obligated to deliver shipments to the customer’s doorstep in certain areas or villages that fall outside the delivery coverage area.
